Knife Crime

Good to see Labour getting tough on knife crime.............

Take the thug who carries a knife to see someone in hospital who is a victim of knife crime, and also their family, and then to prison to talk to those arrested for knife crime.........

Seriously, if anyone in their right mind thinks that this is gonna suddenly stop youngsters carrying knives and stabbing other people then they are seriously misguided. What planet is this government living on? Cos it aint no planet that I have ever visited.

The only way to stop this knife culture is to throw the book at them. Send them down for a minimum of 5 years with no early release irrespective of their age, and what's more, throw them in an adult prison. As the saying goes, lie with the dogs.........

I despair over and over and over again every time a government minister opens their mouth with a new initiative or a new policy. They are so far removed from what the average man on the street is saying and thinking it's untrue. And it makes me despair. I was an adolescent during the 80s, during the Thatcher years, and I know what it's like to live under Tory rule, but the way things are going, it's inevitable that they will win the next election. And, despite the memories of how it was, it would be preferable to the idiots in power now. Which says so much more than these words.

As I have said in other posts, vote these fuckers out at the earliest opportunity.
